URGENT — Transactional Associate Attorney
Cranberry Township, PA

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

A growing law firm in Cranberry Township is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney to join their team. This role is ideal for an attorney with strong business-law skills who also wants exposure to estate planning and client-facing work.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist businesses in preventing, navigating, and resolving complex legal issues
• Draft, review, complete, and file legal documents related to business operations
• Negotiate contract terms, transactions, and settlements on behalf of clients
• Draft Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and other estate planning documents
• Review estate planning documents drafted by attorneys and paralegals
• Conduct thorough legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all document reviews
• Interface professionally with clients, counsel, and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; participate in networking and business development
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support peer associates


Requirements

2–5 years of experience in a transactional or corporate law role
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced research and writing abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience using Westlaw or LexisNexis
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
