Initio Sphere is onboarding Transaction Opportunities Scouts to identify, qualify, and introduce investment opportunities to our network of investors and fund managers.
This is not an employment role. Scouts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a structured verification and approval process.
Once approved, Scouts:
Source and submit proprietary or off-market opportunities
Introduce deals to investors, fund managers, and sponsors
Earn performance-based compensation for transactions that close
Build a verified track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and well-networked professionals.
Approved Transaction Opportunities Scouts may:
Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Provide structured deal context (asset, structure, size, economics, thesis)
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts (who handle modeling and valuation)
Scouts are not responsible for:
Underwriting or financial modeling
Raising capital
Preparing detailed investment memoranda
Based on approval, Scouts may submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured, distressed, or opportunistic investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and network proximity to actionable opportunities.
Scouts earn success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
Compensation is paid upon successful deal close and fee collection
Exact economics vary by transaction size, structure, and Scout involvement
No caps for consistently high-quality deal flow

Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin submitting qualified deals to the network
There is no cold pitching to funds or blind outreach. Approved deals are introduced via curated, platform-driven channels.
Transaction Opportunities Scouts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal identification, introduction, and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
Operators with visibility into real transactions
Brokers, intermediaries, and investment bankers with proprietary deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders with early access to capital opportunities
Networked professionals consistently hearing about deals ahead of the market
Monetize deal flow without building a fund
Earn transaction-based upside without underwriting risk
