About the Role: Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented commercial real estate professional seeking to make a significant impact within a dynamic, high-performing team? As a CBRE Transaction Manager, you will provide strategic, ongoing management of real estate transaction activities including new leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions and dispositions for a defined portfolio of commercial properties which may include office, industrial, retail and other properties. Close collaboration with local brokerage teams, ensuring optimal deal terms and outcomes for our clients is critical to success.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Manager position is $90,000 annually or ($43.27 per hour) and the maximum salary for the Transaction Manager position is $120,000 annually [or $57.70 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.
