We're looking for a highly organized Transaction Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and genuinely cares about creating an outstanding experience for every seller.

This isn't a traditional transaction coordination role.

You'll become the primary point of contact for our sellers after they go under contract, guiding them through the entire closing process while coordinating with title companies, buyers, agents, vendors, and internal team members to ensure every transaction reaches the finish line.

  The Opportunity

  As our Transaction Coordinator & Seller Concierge, you'll own every administrative and logistical aspect of the transaction once a property goes under contract.

  You'll become the seller's primary point of contact while coordinating with title companies, buyers, agents, lenders, vendors, and internal team members to ensure every transaction closes smoothly and on time.

  This role combines transaction coordination, customer service, problem-solving, and operational excellence.

  Some transactions will be straightforward.

  Others may involve title defects, probate delays, liens, occupancy issues, upset sellers/buyers, moving logistics, or unexpected challenges that require persistence, communication, and creative problem-solving.

  Rather than escalating every issue, you'll be trusted to work the problem, communicate proactively, and keep everyone moving toward a successful closing.

  What You'll Do

• Manage every transaction from contract through closing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers throughout the transaction.
• Coordinate with title companies, buyers, lenders, agents, escrow officers, and vendors.
• Track all contract deadlines, contingencies, inspections, and closing timelines.
• Resolve title issues, missing documentation, liens, judgments, probate delays, and other transaction obstacles.
• Maintain accurate transaction files and ensure all documents remain complete and organized.
• Communicate proactively with all parties so no one is left wondering what's happening.
• Capture client reviews, testimonials, and referrals following successful closings.
• Continuously improve processes and help build scalable systems as the company grows.

  You understand that many of our sellers are experiencing stressful life situations, and you know how to communicate with empathy while confidently guiding them through the process.

  What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in transaction coordination, real estate, title, escrow, mortgage, or another highly coordinated customer-facing role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
• Experience managing contracts, deadlines, documentation, and multiple moving pieces simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm while managing multiple active transactions.
• Resourceful problem solver who enjoys figuring things out independently.
• Comfortable navigating difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Experience with real estate CRMs, Google Workspace, e-signature platforms, and digital transaction management tools.

  Bonus Points For:

• Investor or wholesale real estate experience.
• Distressed property, probate, novation, subject-to, or cash transaction experience.
• Experience with RESimpli or similar CRM platforms.

  Benefits

  Compensation

  We believe great coordinators create exceptional client experiences—and we reward them accordingly.

• $50,000 base salary
• Closing bonuses that reward successful and on-time closings* -$150 for every transaction that closes
• -$300 for every transaction that closes on time
• Referral bonuses for referrals that result in closed transactions* -Earn 8% of the deal spread for every referral you generate that closes.
• -A typical referral bonus is approximately $2,000 per closed deal.

  • Realistic first-year earnings of $60,000-$70,000+, with six-figure potential as the company scales and deal volume grows
