We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. This is a remote position, providing flexibility and autonomy, while still being part of a collaborative and high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our transaction advisory services, with a focus on valuation services, tax structuring and strategy, and negotiation. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in a role that offers significant responsibility and the chance to make a real impact on the organization.

We are a public accounting firm so many of our clients come to us for support and refer us business, but the ability to develop business is a huge plus.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Transaction Advisory Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and managing multiple transaction advisory engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
2. Providing expertise in the areas of corporate valuation, tax structuring and strategy, and negotiation.
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic advice and solutions.
4. Working effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
5. Identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings.
6. Managing risks and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and the project budget.
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and using this knowledge to inform our services and strategies.
8. Contributing to the development and growth of our team, providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Transaction Advisory Services Manager, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the accounting and finance industry.
2. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CVA.
3. Proven experience in valuation services, tax structuring and strategy, and negotiation.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
6. A results-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Proficiency in using accounting and financial software.
8. A commitment to continuous learning and development, and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
9. The ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong self-management skills.
