They serve pre-IPO and public companies on the west side of Los Angeles that require technical accounting and reporting work with an expert's touch. This is a great opportunity to lead complicated projects with a variety of companies in the greater Los Angeles area.The firm is headquartered in Los Angeles. Subsidies are offered for CPA materials and testing. Our client also offers great work-life balance – managers typically work 40-50 hours per week and are paid for any overtime.ResponsibilitiesDetermine scope of technical accounting and reporting projects for clientsPerform due diligence for major transactionsDraft SEC filings and instruct clients for future filingsPerform other advisory services requested by clientsManage high-level communication with clientsQualifications6-10 years of audit and other technical accounting experiencePublic accounting experience REQUIRED: minimum three yearsExperience supervising othersStrong attention to detailCPA a plus, but not requiredExperience with transactions strongly preferredSalary commensurate with experience.Interviewing immediately.#J-18808-Ljbffr
