The PowerDMS platform is a single, secure, online location for the organization, management, and distribution of an organization's most important documents. The software equips employees with essential job knowledge and know-how through electronic policy dissemination, accreditation management, and training capabilities-accessed anytime, from anywhere.
We're looking for a Training Specialist Level 2, a master teacher and mentor with the talent of transforming software training into language understood by many via multiple channels of learning. This candidate will be responsible for delivering course content to support the development, productivity, and retention of our customers, as well as assisting in developing/maintaining instructional materials. They will act as a peer mentor for new Training Specialists, analyze KPIs/training metrics and build reports, manage Boot Camp scheduling, and take on additional leadership responsibilities for our training certification programs. Our fantasy candidate will be self-driven, will take the initiative to see projects and assignments through to completion, and stay laser-focused on delighting PowerDMS customers with information on our products and services and other relevant subject areas of interest.

What You Will do
Facilitate and deliver training programs in an engaging and charismatic manner, both remotely and in person.
Ensure that PowerDMS' curriculum is delivered professionally and effectively to meet desired learning objectives.
Become a subject matter expert on all areas of PowerDMS to be able to effectively lead discussions and answer questions.
Mentor new Training Specialists
Continually drive training assessments and KPI analytics, and uncover needs for future trainings.
Document customer attendance for training sessions.
Instruct remote participants using a virtual platform such as Adobe Connect, WebEx or GoTo Meeting/GoToTraining .
Work with Instructional Design to create and update training materials (training plans, onsite agendas, instructor guides) as needed to keep training materials current, relevant, and engaging.
Direct clients to online training guides, job aids and other resources.
Attend conferences to facilitate product training sessions.
Develop Boot Camp schedule each month.
Coordinate scheduling/communication/attendee requirements/qualifications for training certification programs (PowerDMS CP, etc.), as well as deliver onsite certification workshop and proctored exam.
Assist Training Manager and Instructional Designer on behind the scenes LMS maintenance
Assist in ensuring 95% CSAT on training program evaluations
Who You Are
BS degree in Education/Adult Education, English, Human Resources, Training, or related field.
Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
Extensive knowledge of learning principles
Proven ability to master the full training cycle
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
Excellent facilitation skills
Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI
Sound decision making and organizational skills
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
Proficiency in MS Office

Rolls easily with an ever changing environment
Travel up to 25% of the time
