Job Responsibilities
As a Training Specialist, you will:
• Become an expert in AI usage in law firms, including use of prompting, Copilot, ChatGPT, and other relevant generative AI software platforms. • Become an expert in various business and legal-specific software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, iManage, NetDocuments, Adobe Nuance, etc. • Deliver engaging training sessions multiple times per day using virtual communications software like Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Connect. • Work with internal and external partners to develop training outlines and schedules. • Communicate learner feedback and attendance reports to the client when necessary. • Maintain an up-beat professional attitude despite a potentially repetitive and predictable work environment. • Assist with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. • Bachelors degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or another related field. • 1-2 years of experience in corporate training or adult education. • Strong written and oral communications skills. • Experience in public speaking. • Certifications in Microsoft Office and other business-related applications preferred. • Experience training on topics outside of technical training ideal but not required. • Experience with generative AI is highly desired.
Candidates must reside in the United States.
