Bachelor's Degree in Education, instructional design, business or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Typically possesses four or more years of experience developing and/or delivering training. Demonstrated ability to communicate both technical and non-technical material in an readily understandable manner. Under general supervision of the Training manager, participates in the development, implementation, documentation and evaluation of training; serves as training instructor; provides orientation for supervisory, administrative, professional, direct care, and support staff. Prepares instructional materials and all other duties relating to the training department. Other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
