Position Responsibilities:

+ The Training Manager leads the onboarding and training process of new hires by learning multiple jobs in the distribution center to perform multiple functions, ensuring SOPs are rolled out and training is completed according to plan

+ This role develops and maintains documentation training records to track training compliance, facilitating new hire roundtables, train-the-trainer sessions, and informational meetings to prepare and educate the team members on new processes

+ You will support the distribution center in sustaining a positive work culture by actively contributing to and influencing other team members to maintain a safe, clean work environment

+ Additionally, the Training Manager develops and coordinates the design and distribution of surveys, interviews, and questionnaires for conducting training needs assessments

+ You will also lead collaboration meetings with managers and supervisors to determine training needs, developing and administering training programs to implement best practices and operational standardization

+ Other duties as assigned







Required Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma and 7 plus years of specific experience






Preferred Education and Experience:

+ Master’s Degree
