Salary Range: $64,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Zeeland that are seeking skilled Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
