Are you adaptable with a passion for employee development and love working in a fast-paced environment? Join our Human Resources team as a Training Instructor!\n \nKey Responsibilities\n \nThe Training Instructor will:\n\n Design and deliver face-to-face and e-learning training sessions.\n Create video content for our Learning Management System (LMS).\n Coordinate new hire orientation, 30/90-day check-ins, and exit interviews.\n Facilitate employee engagement activities and special HR projects.\n Monitor compliance of trainings, including those required annually.\n Maintain reports on Training Department metrics.\n Support the Wellness Committee.\n \nIf you're ready to take on this challenge and help support South Carolina's workforce system, please apply. We look forward to hearing from you!\n \nMinimum and Additional Requirements\n \nEducation and Experience\n \nA bachelor's degree and relevant training and development experience.\n \nAdditional Requirements\n \nProven knowledge of best practice training principles. Excellent presentation skills. Proficient in the use of MS Office products with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Articulate, and Canva. Experience with learning design programs.\n \nExperience working with the State's LMS, programs such as Articulate, and the formatting of Sharable Content Object Reference Mode (SCORM) files highly desired.\n \nAbility to:\n\n Plan and deliver training.\n Communicate effectively with staff members at all levels.\n Develop curriculum, job aides, and course materials.\n* Manage and track online content through an LMS platform\n \nSome intermittent travel may be required to other DEW locations in the state.\n \nPreferred Qualifications\n \nBachelor's degree and two years of related experience or equivalent.\n \nAdditional Comments\n \nSupplemental questions are considered part of your official application.
