Come join a company that strives for Extraordinary People and Exceptional PerformanceChenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Training Developer to build high‑quality instructional materials, interactive learning assets, microlearning modules, and system‑specific technical training for public health and data/AI users. This role focuses on transforming complex technical workflows into engaging, accurate, and accessible learning experiences. 

This position works closely with Training Specialists, AI/ML teams, data engineering teams, and program managers to ensure all training products meet DMAC standards and support mission‑critical capability adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Translate system workflows, data processes, and AI/ML tools into structured training content including e learning modules, simulations, guides, videos, and assessments
  • Develop multimodal training materials aligned with adult learning principles and CDC stakeholder needs
  • Build reusable training artifacts, templates, and content libraries to support scalable training delivery
  • Collaborate with SMEs and engineering teams to validate content accuracy and ensure alignment with system updates
  • Maintain content repositories, metadata structures, and versioning practices for all training materials
  • Support integration of training into enterprise platforms
  • Produce visual and interactive elements-flow diagrams, screen captures, system walkthroughs, and task demonstrations-to enhance learner comprehension
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, AI training development, or e‑learning production 
  • Experience with developing technical training content for software, analytics, or AI systems 
  • Experience with using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise) or equivalent platforms 
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and competency-based AI training design 
  • Ability to convert technical workflows into digestible learning content for diverse user groups 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or client‑required suitability determination 
  • Bachelor’s degree 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with developing training for data science, public health, or mission‑critical federal programs 
  • Experience with implementing SCORM/xAPI compliance or LMS deployment strategies 
  • Experience with multimedia design (graphics, video, interactive demos) 
  • Knowledge of vector search or RAG workflows to develop training for AI-enabled tools 

Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.
