Program Overview

The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Task 5 - Training Support - ensures ARNG personnel and G6 organizational staff maintain the knowledge and proficiency required to effectively operate and utilize enterprise IT systems, products, and services delivered under the ENOCS Task Order ENOCS TOR_2_25....968788.pdf. This task area is responsible for enterprise training capability development and delivery, daily training environment operations, student account management, and the development of instructional media and training videos aligned with product releases and system updates across the ARNG enterprise.

Position Summary

ECS is seeking a Training Coordinator - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program by managing and coordinating comprehensive training activities. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of training events, contributing to the overall mission readiness of personnel. This position involves direct coordination with instructors, students, and site contacts to facilitate effective training delivery, aligning with the broader objectives of the enterprise program.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage enrollment for enterprise training events.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for both classroom and virtual training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate course rosters and distribute necessary training materials.
  • Track and report on attendance and completion metrics for training programs.
  • Facilitate communication between instructors, students, and site contacts to ensure smooth course execution.
  • Support post-course reporting activities and maintain comprehensive training documentation.
  • Assist in the setup of training environments to meet enterprise training standards.
