Job Summary

Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Training Coordinator to deliver impactful learning experiences that align with the organization’s objective. The Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to ensure that all staff members receive the necessary education and resources to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs
• Maintain records of employee certifications
• Evaluate the impact of training programs
• Deliver tailored learning solutions aligned with department-specific goals
• Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology or related field
• Proven experience in coaching and skill development, training coordination, or project management
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 
• Experience working in a multi-site environment and coordinating with various departments
• Strong organizational and project management skills
