This role will support training and development of team members, workflows, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

This position plays an important role in shaping and delivering the next generation of company training--an enhanced training framework that will continue to grow and evolve over time. The role conducts new hire orientations, delivers foundational training, and assists with developing training materials and scenarios that support high-quality, consistent service across markets. Occasional travel required.

Essential Functions:

Onboarding & Training Delivery

  • Onboards new hires using company systems and assigns them to appropriate sites.
  • Conducts new hire orientation and introductory training sessions for assigned markets.
  • Delivers training in a way that builds confidence, clarity, and alignment with company expectations.
  • Provides occasional in-field coaching to reinforce concepts introduced during training.
  • Conducts quality assurance reviews on training delivery and retention.

Training Content Development

  • Helps design and update training scenarios, exercises, curriculum, and support materials.
  • Contributes to the development of new training modules that will eventually support a broader, company-wide training program currently being built.
  • Stays current on all required certifications, endorsements, and best practices--and ensures training content reflects them.
  • Assists with testing new training formats and tools, both in the field and classroom settings.
  • Participates in group training sessions and development workshops as needed.
  • Provides feedback and recommendations to improve training consistency and effectiveness.

Other Responsibilities

  • Travels occasionally for field training, group sessions, quality reviews, and certification needs.

Recruiting

  • Manages all phases of the recruiting process with a focus on creating a strong and diverse applicant pipeline.
  • Partners with hiring managers to write accurate job ads, descriptions, and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies effective recruiting strategies based on role needs and industry best practices.
  • Posts jobs across relevant platforms and manages employment advertising.
  • Reviews applications, screens candidates, and supports interview scheduling.
  • Prepares interview questions and materials for hiring managers.
  • Participates in interviews, particularly early-round screening conversations.
  • Supports the offer process including salary discussions, start dates, and related details.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable hiring laws and company policies.
  • Represents the company at job fairs, career events, and recruiting sessions.
  • Performs additional recruitment responsibilities as assigned.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
