Job Title: Training Associate
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Overview
This role provides critical operational support for Learning & Development (L&D) within a global manufacturing and quality environment. The Learning & Development Administrator ensures accurate Learning Plan management, LMS operations, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional with hands-on experience in SuccessFactors and enterprise learning administration.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain Learning Plans in the LMS based on direction from Learning Strategists
  • Assign and manage curricula, courses, and training activities across multiple business functions
  • Monitor training completion and compliance, escalating risks or gaps as needed
  • Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure LMS data accuracy and integrity
  • Process LMS transactions including enrollments, completions, waivers, and extensions
  • Respond to learner and manager inquiries regarding training assignments and records
  • Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc reports from the LMS
  • Maintain accurate documentation of administrative actions and training records
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for instructor-led training sessions
  • Organize and maintain shared team files, resources, and documentation
  • Support data entry, cleanup, and system maintenance within L&D platforms
  • Act as liaison with external learning services provider, managing requests, tracking SLAs, and ensuring timely resolution
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in learning administration supporting multiple business areas or functions
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting learning and compliance in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise L&D operations and compliance-driven training programs
