Training & Development Specialist Clinician- Minnesota

Pay: The anticipated salary range for this position is $51.30-$65.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant work experience, the skills required for the role, internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations. Schedule: Full-time, 32 hours per week
Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-7:00pm
Location: Twin Cities, MN-based role with travel across Greater Minnesota
Job type: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Float/Travel: Regular travel to MN health centers, potential travel to SD/IA/NE centers

Job Summary:
Under direct supervision of the Training and Development Manager, the Training and Development Specialist - Clinician is responsible for analyzing, developing, delivering and evaluating organizational training for Advanced Practice Clinicians/Health Center Providers. The Training and Development Specialist - Clinician will also provide clinical services, including reproductive health care, to patients at PPNCS clinic(s). The Training and Development Specialist - Clinicians are advocates in implementing our mission of "Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive healthcare for all." They may perform other related duties as assigned.
