Position Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Training Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing, managing, and delivering comprehensive formal training programs for the ICADS Family of Systems (FoS). This crucial role ensures training materials are aligned with rapid prototyping and fielding schedules, while maintaining compliance with Navy standards such as PADDIE+M, NAVEDTRA M-142, and OPNAVINST 1500.76E. The Training Analyst will bridge the gap between system acquisition and fleet readiness by managing initial and interim training phases and facilitating a seamless transition of training capabilities to designated agencies for ongoing support. This is a vital position for military training development, requiring collaboration with operational teams and adherence to strict technical and policy standards.
