Clinical Learning Facilitator Location: 100% Remote Eligible States: AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, MS, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, SC, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (candidate’s local time zone) Position Type: W2 Contract Temp-to-Hire: No Equipment Provided: Dual monitors and docking station Job Summary The Clinical Learning Facilitator delivers enterprise-wide training programs for clinical staff, ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to support Molina’s clinical operations. This role is responsible for facilitating engaging virtual training sessions related to clinical workflows, care management processes, systems, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong care management background, experience facilitating training in a virtual environment, and the ability to adapt training delivery to different learner skill levels and operational needs. Key Responsibilities Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding training for clinical staff Deliver training on clinical policies, procedures, workflows, and applications Conduct virtual instructor-led training sessions across multiple clinical initiatives Monitor learner engagement, participation, and attendance during training sessions Adapt training delivery methods based on trainee skill level and learning needs Support implementation and optimization efforts related to clinical and technical initiatives Train staff on electronic medical records and clinical systems navigation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with operational and compliance standards Ensure training supports quality improvement, medical cost management, and regulatory compliance Maintain professionalism and effectiveness in a fast-paced, changing environment Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Care Management experience Minimum 1 year of training or facilitation experience Strong virtual training facilitation and presentation skills Experience working within managed care or MCO environments preferred Tech savvy and comfortable navigating electronic medical records (EMR systems) Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills Ability to engage learners in a remote training environment Preferred Qualifications RN (Registered Nurse) preferred Clinical Social Worker background preferred Experience supporting enterprise-wide clinical training initiatives preferred
