Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for State end users on the Benefits portion of the Unemployment Modernization System.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including user guides, presentations, quick reference guides, job aids, and training manuals.
Design effective training programs tailored to business users with varying levels of technical expertise.
Conduct hands-on system demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and user participation.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, SMEs, and technical teams to ensure training content reflects current system functionality.
Provide post-training support and answer user questions during system rollout.
Assist in change management and user adoption activities.
Maintain documentation of training schedules, attendance, and completion metrics.
Recommend improvements to training content and delivery methods based on participant feedback.
