Trainee/Entry Level Technician Diesel Mechanic

What You’ll Do

• Learn directly from experienced technicians on real equipment repairs
• Perform basic maintenance like oil changes, battery checks, and greasing
• Move and prepare rental equipment so it’s “Rent Ready”
• Wash and inspect machines for issues or damage
• Assist customers and drivers in the yard with loading/unloading
• Support the rental, parts, and service departments when needed

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or GED (trade/tech school a plus)
• Someone who’s hands-on, mechanically curious, and eager to learn
• A team player with integrity and a safety-first mindset
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
