Considerable knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade. Knowledge of traffic signal electronics. Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions. Skill in the use and care of tools, equipment and materials of the trade. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent, including or supplemented by technical courses relating to the trade.
