About the role:
Paid travel time
Per diem provided for out-of-town work
Flexible scheduling around daytime jobs
FREE flagger certification during the month of May!
Perform traffic control and flagging duties on job sites and public/private roadways
Use hand signals and traffic control devices to safely direct traffic
Communicate with other Flaggers/TSTs via hand-held radios to manage two-way traffic
Inform construction crews of traffic-related safety concerns
Set up and remove warning signs, barricades, cones, and detours
Maintain a safe, professional work zone at all times
Perform other related duties as assigned
Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments
Availability to work nights, weekends, and travel out of town
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure in active traffic environments
Valid state flagging certification preferred
Company-provided flagger certification available - FREE during May
Reliable transportation
Seasonal, part-time employment (spring through summer)
Nights and weekends required
