About the Role The Traditional Clubhouse Director provides strategic leadership for all aspects of Clubhouse operations, including youth development programs, staff leadership, community partnerships, facility operations, and financial stewardship. As the leader of one of our year-round Clubhouses, you will create an engaging, safe, and high-performing environment where youth thrive, employees grow, and community partnerships flourish. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with organizational leadership to advance the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast.
