Role: Trading Manager
Location: Los Angeles

You will be joining the Trading Team as the lead across the Core Pod reporting directly into the RVP Trading. You will be joining a dynamic and fast paced team where operational excellence, innovation and commercial expertise are key. This is a new role within the structure and this is a great opportunity to make this your own and grow along with the business.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
The Trader Manager will be responsible for managing a team of programmatic traders, delivering high levels of campaign performance and client excellence. This person will work closely with leads from other departments like Account Management and Sales to ensure best practices and efficient processes are being followed.
In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
4 years trading experience
1 years Management experience preferred
Experience in training & developing team members
Experience in Portfolio Management of high scale accounts
Experience partnering with commercial leadership
Able to demonstrate impact on wider team
Good knowledge of the media landscape and digital media technologies.
In-depth understanding of DSP capabilities.
Experience running different verticals, channels and product types.
Able to demonstrate Trading innovation
Experience in analytical/quantitative skills, able to draw insights from large datasets with minimal support. Able to maintain a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner: able to grasp new concepts with ease
Forward thinker - An open mind to new ideas.
Solutions focussed
Excellent communication skills: needs to be able to present insights and reports to internal & external stakeholders to a high standard.
Influencer – Foster & amplify an innovative & high-performance culture.

BENEFITS & PERKS - US MARKET
Pay Transparency
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Los Angeles, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Los Angeles and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. While the base range of this position is within $100,000 - $125,000, the actual on target earnings of the role are in the $200,000 - $220,000. This range may vary for positions outside of Los Angeles as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ’s Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
