Responsibilities include managing trademark files, reviewing correspondence, communicating with foreign associates, maintaining docketing, and supporting team workflow.
Qualifications require a BA and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in U.S. trademark prosecution. Strong organization, attention to detail, and computer skills are essential.
