About the Company

C

Clarkston Consulting

In 1991, a small group of “Big Few” consultants had a vision of creating a different kind of consulting company, one that focuses on the success of its clients while encouraging the personal growth of its stewards. That company was Clarkston Consulting.

In the early days of Clarkston, our expertise in mission-critical business processes and technologies was the foundation of our service offerings. Over time, our clients encountered increasingly complex challenges beyond technology implementation, and we recognized our need to evolve as our clients’ markets changed. Our strategy was revised to incorporate an industry-focused approach. By targeting and investing in key industry practices, we evolved our service offerings to incorporate the most pressing strategy, process, organization, and technology needs.  This focus enables us to target our investments on behalf of our clients, ensure our professionals receive proper training, and create a community for our clients to collaborate on key industry issues and opportunities.

We frequently compete with major consultancies and win, and buyers choose Clarkston due to our service delivery model, depth of experience on the teams we propose, industry expertise, and record of delivering results.  We have the knowledge and methods of a large consulting firm, paired with the flexibility and creativity of a smaller firm.
