Trade Accounting Manager

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead the month-end accounting close process related to derivative and inventory trading activities
• Provide financial analysis and insight into key business drivers and operational performance
• Strengthen reconciliations, controls, and reporting integrity across the accounting function
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, commercial, and operational stakeholders
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives leveraging technology, analytics, and AI-enabled tools
• Coach and develop accounting talent while helping elevate team capability and ownership
• Improve reporting transparency, efficiency, and decision support capabilities

Compensation

Expected base salary range is $130,000–$160,000, with flexibility for candidates who bring strong trade accounting, derivative/inventory accounting, leadership, and transformation experience.
