Location: Avery Island, LA

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM start

We're hiring a Tractor Driver in Avery Island, and this is your chance to work outside, use your hands, and keep the property clean, green, and looking sharp.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 30+ lbs consistently throughout the workday
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, including reporting to work by 7:00 AM
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow direction from the Crew Lead
• Strong customer service attitude and professional demeanor
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE
• Ability to work in a drug-free environment

Job Duties:

• Assist the Lawn Care Crew with daily landscaping and maintenance operations
• Prepare equipment and materials for daily job assignments
• Load, unload, and secure tools, equipment, fuel, and materials for transportation
• Perform lawn and landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, hedging, raking, mulching, and debris removal
• Support the Crew Lead in completing contracted services according to client specifications
• Maintain the appearance and health of lawns, landscape beds, and outdoor spaces
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment
• Clean, wash, and store equipment at the end of each workday
• Inspect equipment and report damaged or malfunctioning tools to management
• Maintain clean trucks, trailers, and work areas
