Responsibilities
- Lead structured practices focused on technique, endurance, and skill development
- Provide positive feedback and encouragement
- Individualize training for each child's abilities
- Communicate with parents/guardians
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Assist with team administration
Qualifications
- Experience coaching children preferred
- Comfortable communicating with parents
- Knowledge of physiology and exercise techniques preferred
- First aid and CPR certification
- Positive interpersonal skills
