Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance
Perform tire replacements and repairs
Assist with minor repairs
Communicate with service advisors regarding additional repair needs
Maintain a clean, organized work stall
Keep customers' vehicles clean and well cared for
Work alongside experienced technicians to develop advanced skills
Grow toward becoming a Certified Toyota Technician and ASE Certified Technician
High school diploma
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Basic knowledge of automotive repair & maintenance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to quickly identify issues and follow repair procedures
Comfortable using diagnostic equipment and learning new technology
Solid math, reading, and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
