Job Summary

We seek a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and providing roadside assistance to customers in need. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive repair, excellent conflict management skills, and the ability to operate various types of tow trucks, including flatbed models. The Tow Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to safety regulations.

Duties

• Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations.
• Perform vehicle loading and unloading carefully, ensuring no damage occurs during the process.
• Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery.
• Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle issues and communicate findings to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions.
• Manage conflicts effectively with customers in stressful situations, ensuring a positive experience.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

Experience

• Proven experience in automotive repair or mechanics is preferred.
• Previous experience operating tow trucks or flatbed vehicles is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive diagnostics are essential.
• Excellent conflict management skills and the ability to work well under pressure are necessary for success in this role.
