Position Overview
Evan’s Towing & Recovery is growing and looking for motivated Tow Truck Drivers to join our team.
We are hiring both:
- Experienced drivers (preferred)
- Entry-level candidates willing to learn (training available for the right person)

What You’ll Do
- Respond to dispatch calls (accidents, impounds, breakdowns)
- Safely operate flatbed, wheel-lift, or tow trucks
- Secure and transport vehicles properly
- Communicate with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement
- Complete tow tickets, photos, and basic documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Clean driving record (MVR required)
- Clean background
- Ability to work flexible hours (including nights/weekends)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous towing experience
- Knowledge of Arizona towing / impound procedures
- Experience with flatbed or wheel-lift
For Entry-Level Applicants
- No experience needed — we will train the right candidate
- Must be physically capable and willing to learn
- Fast-paced environment — not a “sit-down” job
