We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our towing team


Responsibilities:

•  Answer incoming calls from customers, law enforcement, and service providers 
•  Dispatch tow truck operators efficiently and accurately 
•  Monitor driver locations and job status 
•  Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers 
•  Enter and update service information in dispatch software 
•  Handle emergency and high-priority calls professionally 

Requirements:

•  Excellent communication and customer service skills 
•  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
•  Strong computer and phone skills 
•  Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
