We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Total Rewards Lead to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that aligns employee rewards with results that support our organization's mission and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation, benefits, recognition, and work-life effectiveness. This position is responsible for managing the Compensation and Benefits functions and ensuring that our reward programs are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have an impact on the short and long-term performance of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company's total rewards program, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
2. Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices.
3. Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports summarizing compensation and benefits data and cost trends to guide strategic decision-making.
4. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their issues related to compensation and benefits and recommend solutions.
5. Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's total rewards package.
6. Manage relationships with vendors and consultants to ensure that services, products, and costs are aligned with the company's needs.
7. Ensure that compensation and benefits programs comply with legal requirements.
8. Develop and implement strategies to manage compensation and benefits costs.
9. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and guidelines, making recommendations for improvements that are consistent with market trends and company objectives.
10. Provide leadership, direction, and expertise for the full scope of Total Rewards functions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree or relevant certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) will be a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and administering compensation and benefits programs in a healthcare setting.
3. Strong knowledge of HRIS and compensation benchmarking systems.
4. Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of how to leverage metrics and related tools to drive organizational performance.
5. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits law and regulations.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning, and task delegation.
9. Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
10. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
