Position Summary

Credit One Bank is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst II to support the growth and evolution of the organization. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and analysis of the Bank's compensation and benefits programs while also serving as a key resource for HR analytics, workforce reporting, dashboard development, and human capital insights.

In addition to Total Rewards responsibilities, this position will provide analytical and consultative support to HR leadership and assigned business areas by delivering workforce data, reporting, and recommendations that support talent, organizational, and workforce planning decisions.

The ideal candidate combines compensation expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for leveraging data to improve business outcomes and support a modern, data-driven HR function.

 

Essential Job Functions

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Completes market salary surveys, compiles and analyzes results, and reviews salary ranges for potential changes.
  • Maintains updated salary administration guidelines, compensation policies, salary structures, and other compensation tools.
  • Advises HR staff, business leaders, and executive management on compensation and benefits decisions, policies, and guidelines.
  • Evaluates jobs and job descriptions for content, FLSA status, job leveling, compensation range placement, and compliance with company policies.
  • Conducts audits and analyses of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, consistency, and compliance with governmental regulations.
  • Supports annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, and incentive planning.
  • Conducts independent analyses for a broad range of ad hoc compensation and Total Rewards projects.

HR Analytics & Workforce Reporting

  • Develops, maintains, and enhances HR dashboards, scorecards, and workforce reporting solutions.
  • Creates recurring and ad hoc reports related to headcount, turnover, hiring, compensation, workforce demographics, organizational effectiveness, and other key human capital metrics.
  • Analyzes workforce trends and provides actionable insights to HR leadership and business leaders.
  • Partners with HR leadership to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and standardized workforce reporting.
  • Supports the development of executive-level human capital dashboards that provide visibility into workforce metrics and organizational health.
  • Utilizes HR systems and reporting tools to automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility.
  • Ensures workforce data integrity and collaborates with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.

HR Business Partnership Support

  • Provides analytical and consultative support to assigned business units and HR leaders.
  • Assists with workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Supports talent review, succession planning, and workforce strategy discussions through data analysis and reporting.
  • Partners with leaders to identify workforce trends and recommend data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Supports the implementation and communication of HR programs and initiatives within assigned business areas.
 

Position Requirements

  • 2+ years of employee compensation, finance, workforce analytics, or related analytical experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, and modeling.
  • Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Willingness to learn and appetite to grow with organizational need.
 

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR functional experience.
  • Experience with employee benefits administration and market-based compensation programs.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and workforce reporting solutions.
  • Experience analyzing HR metrics including turnover, hiring, workforce demographics, organizational effectiveness, and compensation.
  • Experience with the Dayforce HCM suite of applications.
  • CCP or ACCP certification.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, talent analytics, or organizational design initiatives.
