Total Rewards Analyst

MSA is seeking to add a Total Rewards Analyst to our HR Team. This role plays a critical part in shaping and evolving MSA's Total Rewards strategy.
While the primary focus is on compensation analysis, administration, and program development, this role also contributes to the broader Total Rewards ecosystem by evaluating programs, identifying opportunities, and providing data-driven recommendations that enhance our overall employee value proposition.

Role Responsibilities
Compensation• Administer and maintain compensation programs, including salary structures, job architecture, and pay ranges aligned with Total Rewards strategy.• Lead data preparation, validation, and analysis for the annual compensation cycle (merit, market adjustments).• Conduct internal equity and market analyses to support consistent, competitive pay decisions.• Provide analytical support and recommendations for off-cycle compensation requests and pay decisions.• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate compensation changes and program impacts.• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders by delivering compensation insights and structured recommendations.• Collaborate with external compensation consultants to interpret market data and inform salary grade structures.

Compliance & Data Integrity• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA).• Partner with HRIS to maintain data accuracy and optimize compensation and benefits system functionality.• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports that support executive and HR decision-making.
