Title: Total Rewards Analyst
Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid – onsite training initially, then hybrid schedule)
Contract Duration: 9 Months
Employment Type: Contract with potential for conversion to a permanent position based on business needs and performance
Pay Rate: $50-55/hour on W2(depending on experience) Weekly Pay, benefits of Medical, Dental and Vision


Job Summary

We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support compensation, benefits, and HR analytics initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing employee data, building reports/models, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience working with HR data, and the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze compensation, benefits, and employee data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Build Excel models, reports, and dashboards to support HR decisions
  • Perform compensation analysis including pay benchmarking, pay equity, and salary reviews
  • Support benefits analysis, cost trends, and vendor reporting
  • Prepare presentations and insights for HR leadership
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors
  • Support HR projects involving data analysis and process improvements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, compensation, benefits, or total rewards
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Experience creating reports and presentations for leadership
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
