What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong experience in U.S. healthcare systems (Claims, Membership, Provider, Billing, Payment, EDI – 837/835/834)
✔ Hands-on expertise in SQL for data validation & reconciliation
✔ Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing
✔ Experience with TOSCA Data Integrity (DI)
✔ Exposure to automation tools like Python, scripting, or AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot)
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
✔ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
What you’ll do:
Perform end-to-end data migration validation across systems
Design and execute parallel testing strategies
Analyze large datasets and identify discrepancies
Automate validation processes to improve efficiency
Validate critical healthcare data (claims, eligibility, provider, etc.)
Deliver reports, defect logs, and migration sign-offs
