    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.

    • Experience in the consumer electronics, auto, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries.

    • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.

    • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • MBA or Master"s degree in a related field.

    • Experience leading complex, cross-functional partnership initiatives with a significant impact on business outcomes.

    • Ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to and influencing executives.

    • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms and building consensus.

    In this role, you will lead executive-level partnerships strategies, who work cross-functionally to lead change and drive impact with our partners and across Google. You will use your experience in business development and partnerships, the strategic mindset to identify long-term growth opportunities, and the ability to influence a cross-functional team to deliver against their outlook. You should be an excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to partner C-levels and Google executive leaders, and able to quickly understand and operate within our processes, products, and teams to effectively manage our most strategic partnerships.

    Within Top Partners, the Financial Services team leads cross-Google partnerships with Google's largest commercial partners across Banking, Payments, and Capital Markets. We unlock sustainable commercial value and advance Google's AI leadership by forging strategic partnerships in Financial Services to drive revenue acceleration and product adoption.

    You"ll work cross-functionally internally and externally to provide valued counsel to senior executives, land and execute actionable recommendations, and lead new business opportunities / partnership work streams. In this particular role, there will be a focus on working with major Financial Services partners; as such, strong candidates will have a deep understanding of our Ads, Cloud, and Payments organizations, products, and programs; the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership; and a familiarity with what motivates and drives success with Financial Services institutions.

    The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google"s partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

    Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    US: $140000 - $204000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

    Responsibilities

    • Lead cross-Google partnerships with Top Partners and agreement pursuits, including developing/managing relationships with key stakeholders at the partners as well as internally.

    • Develop a clear strategy to align Google against the partners' most pressing strategic objectives and to drive commercial growth and product priorities for Google.

    • Facilitate and coordinate communities of sales and Business Development teams working with your partners, creating internal transparency, cohesion and clear objectives. Be the internal point of contact for all Google teams engaging with the partner.

    • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to grow Google's business in Financial Services, including developing POVs and cross-product area playbooks on critical topics (i.e. GenAI, Agentic Commerce) and advising executive leaders.

    • Own cross-Google operations for your book of business, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) reporting, briefing documents, leadership updates, etc.
