Job Description:

Job Summary

This position supports warehouse operations, including inventory control, loading and unloading trailers, and staging tools and equipment for site and internal use, while also assisting with office maintenance activities. The role is responsible for dispatching and delivering materials, tools, and equipment from the warehouse to DZMC site locations, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe distribution.

Responsibilities

• Receive, confirm, track, store, dispatch and deliver material from the warehouse to power plants, industrial sites, and office facilities. Perform quality inspections of materials, ensuring that the delivery is completed as requested and that the order meets company and industry standards. 40%
• Perform warehousing duties, including maintaining the safety and reliability of trailers, vehicles and equipment, loading and unloading of tool trailers using a forklift, Bobcat, etc. and being responsible for accepting outside deliveries. 35%
• Data entry and further development of the web-based tool tracking program, including tracking on-site inventory and maintaining the database for accuracy 20%
• Perform periodic tooling audits across DZMC site locations as directed by supervision and perform periodic tooling audits across DZMC site locations as directed by supervision and management. 5%

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Be organized and detail-oriented
• Be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be fairly knowledgeable on common construction tooling and equipment

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $47,280.00 - $70,920.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).

Minimum Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• 2+ years Required
• Great attitude and team player.
• Successful completion of background and drug screening process.
