· Design and develop injection molding tooling systems, including molds, dies, and fixtures, using CAD/CAM software.

· Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
· Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing personnel during tooling setup, operation, and maintenance.
· Maintain accurate documentation of tooling designs, modifications, and maintenance activities.
· Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to plastic injection molding tooling.
· Manage capacity addition, process improvement and / or equipment replacement projects to include project SCOPE definition, costing, business case development, resource planning, timeline and execution.
· Collaborate closely with project team to develop proposals of improvement initiatives including process, equipment and product improvements with relevant details such as scope of work, timelines, labor requirements, costs and return on investment.
· Prepare and present detailed financial analysis including project budgets, ROI analysis and forecasts.
· Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma theory and practices is desirable
· Strong skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
