Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tool Room Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a permanent position focused on maintaining, repairing, and improving our diverse range of manufacturing tools and equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in CNC operations, manual machining, and welding. This role demands a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities:
1. Operate, maintain, and repair a variety of machine tools including CNC Lathes, CNC Bed mills, routers, and drill presses.
2. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
3. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand equipment and tool requirements.
4. Perform manual machining tasks using a variety of tools such as lathes, mills, calipers, and micrometers.
5. Operate machines, demonstrating a high level of precision and accuracy.
6. Perform TIG and MIG welding tasks as required, ensuring high-quality joins and finishes.
7. Work with stamping tools, ensuring they are well-maintained and operate at optimal efficiency.
8. Use your knowledge of pneumatics to maintain and repair relevant equipment.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our tools and equipment.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with CNC Lathes, CNC mills, routers, and drill presses.
3. Strong knowledge of machine components and the ability to perform maintenance and repairs.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
5. Demonstrated experience in manual machining, including the use of lathes, mills, calipers, and micrometers.
6. Ability to perform TIG and MIG welding tasks.
7. Experience with stamping tools and processes.
8. Proven experience as a Machine Maintenance Tech.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Strong adherence to safety protocols and the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
