We are seeking a hands-on and highly organized Tool Room Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic management of our tool room within a fast-paced industrial machine shop environment. In this role, you will directly support the organization's production goals by proactively managing inventory levels to eliminate downtime and keep operations running smoothly. You will take ownership of the procurement process for all shop consumables and tooling, which includes receiving inventory, tracking items moving in and out of the facility, and efficiently stocking our tooling vending machines. Additionally, you will conduct regular inventory audits, analyze daily usage reports, and collaborate closely with our project managers to anticipate and order specialized tooling required for upcoming projects. This is a vital, full-time position with a stable schedule of Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
High school diploma or higher education.
