Job Title:Tool Repair - Injection Molding

Department:Manufacturing

Reports to:Plant Manager

Primary Purpose:Tool repair is responsible for completing repairs and maintenance to plastic injection molds.

Essential Functions:

·         Routine tool/mold maintenance such as repair and cleaning

·         Repair broken bolts

·         Inspect and troubleshoot tools for needed repairs

·         Conduct preventative maintenance on tools

·         Ensure mold maintenance area is clean.

Qualifications:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         Minimum of 3-5 years of experience running hydraulic and pneumatic machines

·         Minimum of 2-3 years of experience changing tools on single or multi-cavity mold as required

·         Troubleshooting ability
