Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with steady hours? Join the team at CITCO Tools, a division of Fives Landis Corp.

As a Precision Tool Grinder, you'll play a critical role in manufacturing precision tooling components used around the world.

Operate and maintain manual grinding equipment
Grind tooling components to exact specifications
Inspect finished parts using optical comparators and precision measuring tools
Read dimensions and tolerances to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Work closely with a team dedicated to craftsmanship and precision
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Basic shop math skills, including dimensions and tolerances
Mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery
Strong attention to detail and quality
