Tool & Die Technician
Pay: $20.00 $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Tulsa, OK 74116
Shift: Monday Thursday | 4: 30 PM 3: 00 AM

Position Overview
The Tool & Die Technician is responsible for supporting tooling operations across multiple manufacturing departments, ensuring efficient production and minimal downtime. This Tool & Die Technician role involves CNC programming, troubleshooting tooling issues, and fabricating tools and fixtures. The ideal Tool & Die Technician is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced in tool and die design and machining.
Required Experience & Skills
5 7 years of experience with progressive, compound, pierce, and draw dies
Strong background in tool and die design (dies and fixtures)
Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, and EDM equipment
Knowledge of Mastercam programming
Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues in presses and mills
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision work
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate with production and engineering teams on tooling and machining needs
Support and guide tooling personnel as needed
Track and report job time accurately
Troubleshoot tooling issues in presses and mills
Program and operate CNC equipment including EDM, lathe, and mill
Design and fabricate tools, dies, and fixtures
Create and modify programs using Mastercam
Partner with maintenance teams to reduce equipment downtime
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or trade school training preferred
Journeyman Tool & Die status preferred
Experience with tube and roll mills
Wire EDM programming and operation experience
Work Environment
Manufacturing facility supporting multiple production departments
Hands-on role requiring precision machining and troubleshooting
Fast-paced environment focused on efficiency and uptime
