What will you do?
Take the lead and make every shift count. As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for the overall operation of the site during your scheduled shifts—ensuring everything runs efficiently, the team is supported, and every guest leaves impressed.
You’ll lead by example while keeping the team focused, motivated, and aligned with company standards by:
• Setting the tone as the “Director of First Impressions”—creating a welcoming, friendly experience for every guest
• Leading, coaching, and supporting team members throughout the shift
• Building strong relationships with guests and your team
• Ensuring all brand standards, policies, and procedures are followed
Other daily responsibilities include:
• Overseeing full site operations including car wash, vacuums, and guest service
• Completing and verifying opening, closing, and hourly checklists
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across the entire site
• Monitoring equipment and reporting maintenance needs or breakdowns
• Communicating effectively with the management team (the good, the bad, and everything in between)
• Handling guest concerns and incident claims with professionalism and care
• Driving sales by supporting promotions, tracking goals, and coaching the team
• Ensuring team members follow communication standards and utilize tools (headsets, scripts, etc.)
• Managing productivity and keeping the team on task
• Supporting local outreach and business engagement when opportunities arise
This is a hands-on, active role—requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting (50+ lbs.), and working with equipment throughout your shift.
