- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for toddlers (18–30 months).
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development.
- Supervise children at all times while maintaining appropriate teacher-to-child ratios.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Follow all Texas Minimum Standards, health and safety procedures, and school policies.
- Complete daily classroom documentation, observations, and communication with families.
- Assist children with diapering, toileting, meals, and other daily care routines.
- Encourage positive behavior through consistent, developmentally appropriate guidance.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to create meaningful learning experiences.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and required trainings.
- Support the mission and Christian values of Magnolia Bible Preschool & Kindergarten through daily interactions and classroom activities.
